He is a baby by dragon standards, I believe he is about around the age of a teenager when it comes to ponies. Of course I able see the Man Six between the ages of 18-23, confirmed by some research or another as well as facts from the show. I actually see Twilight as collage student at this point.

I agree with this, however I would say Spike would be more of a pre-teen than a full blown teenager. Like 10-12 or something.
