Twilight Dad: You.... all did that ?
Applejack: Sure we did, oh, and our next adventure was when Celestia send us to tame up a dragon, I still remember the felling of adrenaline when rock avalanche almost curshed us or when Dragon was about to bite us for dinner, lucky Fluttershy managed to stare him.
Twilight Dad: Almost crushed under rock avalanche, almost eaten by dr.....agon ?
Applejack: yup, a giant dragon, but ah was not afraid, same when we faced that god of chaos Discord the name, he tried to brainwash us or something, and ah hadno idea how your daughter and Rarity managed to carry that 2 tons boulder.
Twilight Dad: C....an we ch..ange topic pp...llllease.
Applejack: Sure, how about today wedding, now that was adventure, but ah fell sad as well after what ah did, Twilight tried to convince us that something was wrong with princess Cadance, but we all turned up again her, breaking poor dear heart, and than that good for nothing bug of a Queen banished Twilight into caves, but good smart Twilight managed to find real princess Cadance and exit, oh, and after Celestia was defeated, we had a epic run to the elements, being bombed by army of those bugs, we gave a beating to at last hundred of them, and ah must say, you daughter is a walking magical gun, good that she is on our side.
Twilight Dad: I think I hear enough, now please excuse me.
Said Twilight dad as he run away crying.
Applejack: Ohhhh..... so proud that he even started crying.
( I think Twilight never told about her adventures to her parents, I mean, they know that Twilight helped to save Equestria many times and they sure are proud of it, but did she or any pony else told them what happened on those adventures, I mean, what kind of dad or mother would just let they teenage daughter to be send by princess/teacher to fight gods, face dangers, risk live, they seems far to calm to me ).
I know that Twilight do not live with her parents any longer, but she is still on teenage age, being proud of Twilight is one think, but lack of worry and fear for Twilight safely and not missing her is a bit odd.
Biggest world threatening villains are often used as tests, and lives can be gambled like they are not in danger at all.
But when Zebra come to town, bunnies run around or PinkiePie clones invade, then they panic.
